Gluten Free Quinoa & Lentil Stir Fry Recipe

Yesterday I made this wonderful Grain Recipe which I ate for lunch. Today, I made this amazing stir fry recipe with the leftovers that I’m eating for breakfast. I plan to have a mixed green salad for lunch topped with it too. Talk about healthy, gluten free and delicious!

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan. Saute some colorful chopped peppers, green onions and diced tomato, plus some pre-cooked chicken in the butter. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Add a couple scoops of pre-made grain recipe and cook until mixture heats through.

The blend of flavors is amazing! It’s low fat, gluten free, easy to make and positively scrumptious!
