Yesterday I went and sat on a swing. I was the only one at the park, save for a mother on a picnic blanket and her two young boys. There’s something cathartic about swinging to & fro.
As the memories flashed through my mind, not all of them pleasant, I realized nothing really matters except this moment in time, because if I let go I surely will fall and get hurt.
